Restaurant Montreux | Hotel de Chailly Montreux

In our restaurant, with it's shady terrace, our french chef is practising a seasonal cuisine with local products. Fresh fish from the lake, beef from the Simmenthal, mushrooms and cheese are a few products we are honouring. At lunch time, 3-daily proposals are served for our guest with little time left.
